This is the long awaited debut tin whistle album from renowned musician Adrian Mc Carron from Listowel in north Kerry.On the recording Adrian is joined by bodhran player Colm Murphy from Cork who was a former member of the band De Danann.
The versatile musician Jerry Mc Namara from Limerick plays guitar and bouzouki on the album.Tim Browne from Kanturk in north Cork also guests on a couple of tracks.
The recording consists of hornpipes,jigs,reels,slides and there are also two slow airs included for good measure.Anyone interested in good genuine traditional music won't be dissappointed after purchasing this album.
As virtuoso fiddle player Frankie Gavin once said after hearing Adrian on the tin whistle "You couldn't beat him with a stick!".
