Trek Ireland is a new DVD series that allows the viewer explore the beautiful, lush countryside of Ireland while exercising at home, allowing you to journey through Ireland's fair lands as often as you like.

The ‘Explore the Valley of Glendalough’ DVD is 117 minutes in length, All Regions ,divided between 3 separate walking trails and 1 trail that climbs to a height of 900 feet and is also packed with sections of cultural history and stories for those interested in learning about Ireland's deep and  mythical past.
