To buy products simply click on the ADD TO CART button. You can then continue shopping or when finished click on the VIEW CART button. While viewing your cart you can add more items, remove items, or change quantities of items before continuing to the CHECKOUT. 

Paying by Credit Card

At the CHECKOUT you will be required to give your billing and shipping details and confirm your order. Your shipping details and order are sent to Claddagh Records Ltd for processing and you will receive an email confirming your order. When you fill in your credit card details, the information is encrypted for your security and sent to Realex Payments for verification.

Claddagh Records do not have access to your credit card details at any time but we are able to confirm or cancel your banking transaction as well as refund your credit card if required.

Paying by Cheque

At the CHECKOUT you will be required to give your billing and shipping details. After you have filled in the forms you will be asked to confirm your order details and at this stage you must also choose a payment method (credit card or cheque). Select PAY BY CHEQUE / MONEY ORDER, at the end of the page, and then confirm your order. Your shipping details and order are sent to Claddagh Records Ltd for processing and you will receive an automatic email from Claddagh Records confirming your order.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT SEND YOUR CHEQUE / MONEY ORDER to Claddagh Records until you receive a manual email stating the total price of your order. This is for your own convience as refunding you by cheque is difficult, if your order includes some out of stock or recently unavailable items.

Claddagh Records Online Shopping Policies

Claddagh Records are offering the largest selection of Irish traditional music available to buy on-line at present. We keep a large store of product from the main traditional music record labels, as well as any new or independent releases we can find. We are daily sourcing new product for our customers, so if a product you want is not in our catalogue please contact us by email or phone and we will do our best to find it for you.

Stock Items
Items held in stock will be despatched within 3 days of us receiving your order. If you have ordered items that are not in stock we will hold your order for up to 2 weeks while we source the CDs you are looking for. 

Out of Stock Items
More obscure CD titles are not kept in stock continuously and are subject to availability. It will usually take from 1 to 2 weeks to re-stock these items and occasionally they will be out of print or unavailable. In the event that an item you have ordered becomes unavailable we will notify you by email and refund your credit card in full. We constantly monitor the availability of all the CD titles on offer and we update our catalogue daily to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items
Should you receive a damaged or defective CD all you have to do is return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item. Once we receive the damaged item we will send you a replacement immediately. You will not be charged any additional postage and packaging fees for replacement shipments. If for some reason we cannot send you a replacement, a full refund will be issued to your credit card  for the price you paid for the item plus post and packaging.

Returning Items
People have right of return, providing the security seal is intact, within seven days. This does not apply to damaged or defective goods.

Gift Vouchers 
If you purchase a gift voucher for someone they will be issued with a voucher number by email. If you have received a voucher it can be used at any time to purchase CDs from the Claddagh Records on-line store. Simply enter the voucher number at the checkout after filling in your contact & shipping details. A new balance will be issued to you if you don't make purchases for the full amount of the voucher. There is no time limit on the use of a voucher. Policy on out of stock or damaged items remains the same as stated above except in this case your voucher number will be credited.

Discount Vouchers 
If you have received a discount voucher simply enter the number at the check out after filling in your contact & shipping details and the voucher amount will be deducted from your total.

Credit Card Payment
Secure payment is provided by Realex Payments in Dublin, Ireland and you can use Visa, MasterCard, or Laser. Claddagh Records do not have access to your credit card details at any time but we are able to confirm or cancel your banking transaction as well as refund your credit card if required. If you have any worries or queries regarding card security just contact us and we will explain the procedure to you in further detail.

Security & Privacy
If you would like to receive the monthly New Irish Music Releases Sheet from Claddagh Records just tick the box when entering your contact & shipping details. Your contact details and email address will not be passed on to any third party for any reason.

VAT
All prices are quoted including VAT at 21%. Customers outside the European Union will have VAT deducted automatically at the checkout.

Delivery Times
All Items will be despatched via post. Estimated delivery times from An Post are:

Ireland (32 counties) – 3 working days from despatch via STANDARD POST.
Cost  –  €1.50 for the first CD plus 50c per CD after that.

EU (including UK) – 3-5 working days from despatch via STANDARD POST.
Cost  –  €3 for the first CD plus €1.00 per CD after that.

Rest of the World  – 1 to 5 weeks from despatch via REGISTERED POST AIRMAIL.
Cost  –  €7.35 for the first CD plus €1.70.00 per CD after that.

Fax and Mail Order
You can also mail your orders or fax us 24 hours a day. Please remember to include your full contact and billing details along with your order.
