2. To win tickets to the National Concert Hall Event ‘Against All Certainty, A Celebration
Of Michael D. Higgins’ and x1 signed test pressing of the album, preorder in any format
from the Claddagh Records online store or submit your email address via the online form
before 12pm Irish Time on Monday Sept 1st.
3. No purchase necessary. Previous Purchases of the record from
CladdaghRecords.com will automatically be entered
4. WInner will be contacted before 5pm on Monday Sept 1st.
5. Competition is for x2 tickets (only) to the event ‘Against All Certainty, A Celebration
Of Michael D. Higgins’ on Sept 5th in the National Concert Hall Dublin. And x1 test vinyl
test pressing of the record, signed by Michael D. Higgins.

8. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations

dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or
other natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
9. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
